If you have not done so give it a try, the key is to be very aroused let your guard down and be nasty...and make it hot. Start off very slow take your time like stretching any muscle the slower you go the faster you will get there. Use plenty of lubrication and stay connected with your partner feel what they are feeling and create a connecting flow between the two of you. once you are warmed up get in and get dirty.
